Take a tour of the work we’ve done with some of our valuable clients.

VyStar Veteran’s Memorial Arena

Staying connected today is more important than ever. Wireless Services met the challenge to rapidly deploy enhanced wireless services at Jacksonville’s VyStar Veteran’s Arena in time for the proposed 2020 RNC Convention. Working with our valued venue management partner, ASM, and in collaboration with AT&T, Verizon, and JMA, the Wireless Services team strengthened coverage inside the arena to ensure convention participants can stay connected throughout the event.

Wireless Services expedited the design, installation, and commissioning of a solution that enhanced coverage and capacity for the proposed 2020 RNC Convention, ensuring convention participants’ ability to stay connected throughout the event and all future large events at the arena. The system supports all services for AT&T and Verizon Wireless, including 5G and FirstNet.

The Smithsonian Institution

Smithsonian guests were once discouraged from using their smartphones within museums and galleries. But the museum experience is evolving in a big way. Now, exhibits are fully immersive and interactive. And this is all dependent upon seamless cellular coverage.

Wireless Services deployed the original DAS system across multiple campus locations and is currently developing a campus-wide upgrade. The integration was especially challenging, as the aesthetics and historical integrity of the buildings had to remain intact.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the 11th busiest airport in the US with over 50 million passengers. It is the 6th busiest airport in the world based on aircraft movements. CLT is the 2nd largest hub for American Airlines sitting on over 5,500 acres with 9 major airlines operating out of 115 gates.

Wireless Services deployed the original DAS in 2012. This is now being upgraded to a fiber to the edge solution as the airport continues to grow, expand, and upgrade. Working alongside the city and American Airlines, Wireless Services continues to keep the airport’s passengers connected – inside and on the tarmac.

TIAA Bank Field

TIAA Bank Field stadium is the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars, boasting a maximum capacity of 82,000 fans. It hosted Super Bowl XXXIV, the annual NCAAF Florida v. Georgia game, and the TaxSlayer Bowl (formerly the Gator Bowl). Alongside NFL games, the stadium also hosts an array of high-profile concerts, soccer games and other events throughout the year.

Wireless Services designed and installed the original DAS system in preparation for the 2005 Super Bowl. Later in 2017 when the original DAS system had reached end-of-life, a plan was put in place to migrate to a modern, fiber fed system that allows for expansion and upgrades to future technologies. Today, as the stadium continues to upgrade and grow, TIAA continues to utilize technology to enhance their fans game day experience.

Ernest N Morial Convention Center

Situated in the downtown New Orleans area, Ernest N Morial Convention Center encompasses over 1.1 Million square feet of convention space. Ranked as the 6th largest convention center in the US, ENMCC typically welcomes over 600,000 guests through the doors annually.

Wireless Services designed and deployed a neutral-host DAS system encompassing all Wireless Service Providers to keep the venue and their convention attendees fully connected throughout their exhibits and seminars.
